Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for electrical engineering professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your technical expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex engineering problems ā from circuit analysis to power systems to signal processing.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your schedule and work as much or as little as fits your life.

What You'll Do
ā¢ Design challenging problems ā Create advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and control systems to rigorously test AI performance
ā¢ Author gold-standard solutions ā Write precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning
ā¢ Audit AI outputs ā Evaluate AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for technical accuracy, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, and others)
ā¢ Improve AI reasoning ā Identify logical errors and gaps in AI-generated engineering reasoning, then provide structured feedback to guide model improvement
ā¢ Work asynchronously ā Complete tasks independently on your own schedule with no fixed hours
Who You Are
ā¢ Holds or is pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
ā¢ Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core EE domains: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or embedded systems
ā¢ Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in writing
ā¢ High attention to detail when working with mathematical equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
ā¢ No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
ā¢ Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or technical evaluation systems
ā¢ Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, etc.)
ā¢ Background in applied or research engineering environments
