Perform regular inspections and maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Troubleshoot and repair any issues with electrical and mechanical equipment.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and address any potential safety hazards or issues.
Keep up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and report any significant findings or concerns to management.
Stay current with industry developments and advancements in electrical and mechanical technology.
Provide support for emergency and after-hours repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
Train and mentor junior technicians on proper maintenance procedures and techniques.
Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
Contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
Participate in meetings and discussions related to maintenance and improvement of electrical and mechanical systems.
Continuously identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and implement them when appropriate.
