Electrical and Instrumentation Designer (entry level)

The Electrical and Instrumentation Designer role involves providing design support for E&I disciplines under supervision, contributing to construction drawings, and learning industry standards and best practices. Responsibilities Work under the supervision of Engineers and Lead Designers to produce EI&C construction deliverables Understand schedules and progress tracking Multitasking, working on more than one project at the same time Self checking of work products Build and maintain professional relationships with design teams and other disciplines Develop and improve technical knowledge and skills Travel to Client offices and production facilities accompanied by more senior engineers or designers Skills High school diploma or equivalent. (Post‑secondary training a plus) 1-3 years' design experience Proficiency with CAD software Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to accept direction, feedback, and mentorship AutoCAD 2022 or newer experience Exposure to AutoCAD 3D Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks Freedom Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Benefits Comprehensive and market-competitive benefits.
