Description:
Seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide advanced technical support for Epic EHR and clinical applications across 13 state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities. Role involves troubleshooting Epic and non-Epic issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring system reliability.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Support Epic applications, workflows, access, and integration issues
ā¢ Provide remote desktop support (computers, printers, mobile devices)
ā¢ Manage incidents via ServiceNow, ensure SLA compliance
ā¢ Assist with Epic account provisioning, role/security requests
ā¢ Collaborate with informatics, analysts, and technical teams
ā¢ Document procedures, provide user training, support go-live/upgrade events
Requirements:
ā¢ 2+ yrs Epic technical support in healthcare/clinical environment
ā¢ Proficient with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
ā¢ Strong knowledge of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
ā¢ Epic certification and experience in Epic modules preferred.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $48.00-$50.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
