Education Research Manager – Recruitment Analytics
Job Description:
• Lead the development and application of predictive models to inform higher education enrollment and financial aid strategy
• Translate complex analytical work into clear, actionable insights for institutional senior leaders
• Provide technical and project leadership across client engagements and internal product development initiatives
• Guide teams from problem definition through implementation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience building predictive models or machine learning systems in an applied analytics environment
• Experience working at or with higher education institutions
• Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and modern machine learning methods
• Fluency with Python, R, SQL, or comparable tools
• Demonstrated project management and delivery ownership
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
