Role Overview
We are seeking driven, well-connected professionals to join MyThorneAI as Education Partnerships Coordinators.
This is a commission-based role focused on securing 4–6 week pilot program partnerships with schools and districts for our Summer and Fall rollout.
This is NOT a passive role — this is for individuals who are confident in building relationships and opening doors within education systems.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and connect with school and district decision-makers
• (CTE Directors, Special Education Directors, Counselors, Administrators)
• Introduce MyThorneAI and position our pilot program opportunity
• Secure and help facilitate pilot program partnerships (4–6 weeks)
• Act as a liaison between MyThorneAI and school stakeholders
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product and curriculumCompensation Structure
• Commission-based pay tied to pilot program placements
• Additional bonuses for schools/districts that convert into long-term partners
• High earning potential based on performance
This role is best suited for individuals comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Ideal Candidate
• Background in education, workforce development, or school partnerships
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• CTE (Career & Technical Education)
• Special Education / Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
• School counseling or administration
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Existing connections within school districts strongly preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based role
