The Education Manager at Association Management Center (AMC) is a part-time role focused on delivering high-quality educational programs for the Cord Blood Association. This position involves overseeing various educational initiatives, managing conference logistics, and collaborating with program committees to enhance member education and engagement.
Responsibilities
Β Oversee the abstract submission process for the yearly conference, including handling the review and sending out disposition notifications.

Β Collaborate closely with diverse program committees to actively contribute to the development of comprehensive conference agendas.

Β Serve as staff liaison for the Public Education committee, including scheduling meetings, developing agendas, composing meeting materials, taking minutes, and executing action items from the committee.

Β Serve as liaison for the newsletter sub-committee of the Public Education Committee.

Β Strategically manage the educational portfolio for the association client, encompassing webinars, seminars, and conferences.

Β Collaborate with client team members to co-create the annual conference program and develop detailed project plans for a successful event.

Β Manage the conference app.

Β Cultivate and oversee relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
Requirements
Β Bachelor's degree or higher

Β 4+ years of association education experience

Β Proficiency with Cadmium, YourMembership, SurveyMonkey, OmniPress, Microsoft Office, Adobe
