Education and Training Coordinator - TriServices Nursing Program (Hybrid Remote) - Geneva - Bethesda, MD - work from home job Company: Geneva Job description: Responsibilities Assist military nurse scholars with the development of nursing research portfolios Facilitate the development of a written strategic plan, outreach, and capacity building for military nursing Provide consultation to stakeholders to facilitate the development of Annual Plans, Annual Reports, Budgets, and Charters Collaborate with stakeholders for the planning of continuing education, completion of continuing education packets, associated travel expenses, course management, and other activities Coordinate dissemination of research in collaboration with nursing research journals Coordinate updates to the RIG website Administratively support the TSNRP Research and Evidence-Based Practice Dissemination Course, and associated meetings Facilitate the maintenance of research and clinical inquiry products, including metrics and survey instruments, resources, software, etc.; thus, support website content/management Assist in editorial process, literature reviews and synthesis of lit reviews. Write blogs and summaries of activities and events for dissemination on the TSNRP website, social media platforms, newsletter, annual reports, and other formats Occasional evening meetings, work on weekends may be assigned by leadership * Collaborate effectively with faculty, researchers, and subject matter experts to support development of educational programs and initiatives • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design • Assist in creation of training content based upon identified learning objectives • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met • Conduct training needs assessments, identify and recommend appropriate training programs • Map out training plans and schedules, design and develop training programs • Choose appropriate training methods or activities (instructor led, in-person, virtual training, simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.) • Design and prepare educational aids and materials • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required U.S. licensure as a Registered Nurse required Master’s degree with federal and/or clinical research experience preferred Website maintenance and updating (WordPress) or WIX highly desired Experienced utilizing CVENT or other Program Management Support tools preferred Ability to lead, organize, and support speakers and meeting logistics online Customer care experience * 1-3 years’ experience in staff training preferred • 1-3 years’ non-profit, research, or healthcare experience desired • 1-3 years’ experience in staff or project management preferred • Demonstrated competence in oral and written communication • Must be organized, attentive to detail, and possess a positive, friendly and professional demeanor • Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner • Ability to exercise independent judgment in fast-paced, high-pressured environment with strict deadlines and to manage multiple projects • Computer skills including at least intermediate level experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Software Education and Training Coordinator - TriServices Nursing Program (Hybrid Remote) - Geneva - Bethesda, MD - work from home job Expected salary: $62600 - 86000 per year Location: Bethesda, MD Education and Training Coordinator - TriServices Nursing Program (Hybrid Remote) - Geneva - Bethesda, MD - work from home job Job date: Wed, 26 Jul 2023 23:46:44 GMT Apply for the job now!
