eDiscovery Project Manager

Position Summary: The eDiscovery Project Manager is a proactive, detail-oriented individual leading and managing complex eDiscovery projects. The role requires hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, CS Disco, and LAW PreDiscovery, and will demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. This role is responsible for coordinating across internal teams and external clients to ensure the successful execution of eDiscovery workflows from initiation through completion. Job Duties: • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of eDiscovery projects, including data processing, hosting, review, production, and project closure. • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and meeting client expectations. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation. • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and objectives. • Perform quality control checks and data validation throughout project phases. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively to maintain project momentum. • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on eDiscovery tools and best practices. • Establish data naming standards and consistent definitions to improve overall data quality. Job Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred; certifications related to eDiscovery platforms are highly desirable (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator). • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an eDiscovery Project Manager or similar role. • Proficiency with Relativity, CS Disco, and LAW PreDiscovery is required. • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet tight deadlines.
