We are currently seeking talented and motivated Client Services Project Managers to join our team.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact and consultant for our clients. You will lead and mentor a team of individuals who will collaborate with you to deliver outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proactively identifying and addressing client needs and concerns.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on project-related matters.
• Process data through Relativity Processing when necessary

Project Management:
• Developing and executing comprehensive project plans.
• Overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and proactively addressing any challenges.
• Providing regular and clear project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Team Leadership:
• Leading and mentoring a team of project specialists.
• Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Providing guidance, training, and support to team members.

Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and software.
• Possessing a strong understanding of the legal services industry and its unique challenges.
• Discover and interpret client needs
• Consult directly with clients and internal teams to construct a project plan

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in professional services project management, preferably within the legal services industry.
• Expertise in Relativity (or comparable eDiscovery review tool)—including experience with workspace setup and security, processing, productions, and analytics. Great candidates will understand and effectively demonstrate the value of leveraging document review strategies within the platform.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Agility Blue a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for providing exceptional client service.
• Flexible schedule to be able to meet client needs.
• Travel up to 10%

The Compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $130,0000 annually and would be eligible for a quarterly bonus program. Actual compensation within this pay range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
