Responsibilities: Process and validate EDI eligibility requests for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve eligibility discrepancies. Monitor and analyze eligibility reports to identify trends and issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of EDI processes and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Document and track eligibility inquiries and resolutions in the system. Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and best practices. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in EDI processing or healthcare eligibility. Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance plans and eligibility requirements. Proficiency in EDI software and data management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma required; relevant certifications a plus. This is a remote position.
