EDC Student Internships / New Grad Positions – Finance Stream (Starting summer 2026)

Responsibilities Collaborate with a diverse, experienced team Thrive in a supportive, teamwork-driven environment Impact global communities through sustainable growth in emerging markets Gain experience in various roles within teams including Risk Management, Credit Operation, Financial Operations, Insurance, Economics, and Accounting Build cross-functional professional networks Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement and innovation Continuously learn and grow through coaching and mentoring from professionals throughout EDC Skills Studying or recently graduated from a program with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management (finance focus), or related Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program (eligible for up to one year after completion of studies) Available for 8 months or more - While roles will be available for 4-month terms, preference will be given to candidates with availability that extends Previous work term experience related to their field of study Strong verbal and written communication skills Motivated self-starter, good organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently and within a team Enthusiasm to tackle any task, whether menial or complex Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid work visa at the time of application Applicants must meet government security screening requirements Applicants must be currently enrolled in post-secondary studies or have completed their studies within the past year Knowledge of both official languages is an asset and may be required for certain positions Benefits Comprehensive Total Rewards package, including benefits, vacation, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
