Ecommerce Supply Chain & Fulfillment Strategy Consultant (US vs EU 3PL Analysis)

We are the founders of a growing ecommerce brand selling a wearable cooling device. We are currently shipping globally from Asia and are planning ourfirst international 3PL warehouse expansion

Before making the decision, we want a clear and professional analysis comparing opening a 3PL in the United States vs Europe.
