Ecommerce Store Chat Specialist (Entry Level / Home Based)
Imagine being the driving force behind e-commerce success stories. That’s exactly what you’ll do as a Squarespace E-commerce Chat Expert. Connect with online sellers, assist them in navigating the Squarespace platform, and help them achieve their business goals.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions by live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow the supplied steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. steady internet.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work online (US candidates preferred).
