Ecommerce Manager Needed for D2C Brand

Ecommerce Manager We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to support our fast growing beauty brand across all digital and operational channels. The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially minded and able to manage both strategy and day to day execution across multiple platforms. The role includes managing our ecommerce site performance and optimisation. You will oversee SEO projects and ensure our content and technical structure deliver strong organic growth. You will support our warehouse/ 3pl partner relationships to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while monitoring stock levels and reporting requirements. You will work closely with our Amazon agency to oversee marketplace strategy. This includes reviewing listing performance, monitoring optimisation work, ensuring brand consistency and reporting on growth. You will be the main internal contact for the agency and ensure there is a clear roadmap for continuous improvement. You will coordinate agencies and freelancers across areas such as paid media, creative and influencer activity. You will oversee our TikTok shop operations including listings, content coordination, trends monitoring and performance reporting. You will review analytics across all channels and make clear recommendations to improve conversion, retention and customer experience. You will ensure product launches run smoothly across all platforms. You will work closely with our internal team to keep ecommerce operations aligned with marketing, logistics and customer service. Requirements Experience managing ecommerce for a consumer brand. Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop. Good knowledge of SEO principles and tools. Experience managing agencies and external partners. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and report clearly on progress and performance.
