eCommerce Data Analyst
Job Description:
• Manually updating reports for overall Direct to Consumer results
• Reporting on new customer acquisition, internal promotions, re-purchase rate, and lifetime value
• Reporting to the VP of e-Commerce
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics
• Working to advance key reporting tools and deploy analytics reporting dashboards
Requirements:
• 2-5+ years of related professional experience
• Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, and SPINS Data
• Experience working with Airbyte, PosgreSQL, and Metabase
• Years of Excel and SQL experience
• Understanding of effective report/dashboard design and standards
• Ability to translate data analysis into business recommendations
