What is the day in the life of an eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist? Promptly address account health & listing issues by working closely with the brand management team to ensure compliance across all brands and markets.Execute and own listing compliance reviews across all categories (supplements, food, cosmetics, home improvement, knives & blades, apparel, sporting goods etc.)Monitor and report on potential risks and non-compliance to local regulations and marketplace policies across our European business.Determine risk profile for brands and markets, ensuring potential issues are proactively addressed.Create and implement internal policies and procedures across various compliance functions.Support the Head of the function in executing investigations, appeals, POAs & escalations.Maintain an independent mindset and effectively alert and challenge, where necessary, to achieve a robust second line of defence.
