Job Title: Bilingual Project Manager (English/Spanish) – Web Development

About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized and communicative Project Manager to oversee our Spanish-speaking web development team and act as the main liaison with our U.S. clients. This role requires excellent English and Spanish fluency, as you will manage developer tasks in Spanish while providing client-facing communication in English.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day tasks and retainer hours of our web development team.
Serve as the bridge between Spanish-speaking developers and English-speaking clients.
Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Ensure clear, timely communication with clients about progress and expectations.
Track and report on hours, deliverables, and deadlines.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience managing web development projects and working with remote teams.
Familiarity with retainer/hour tracking is a plus.
