As an Ecologist for CEC, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects including mitigation banking, solar, oil/gas development, and public sector environmental planning. You’ll assist in wetland and stream delineation projects, prepare delineation reports, assist with preparing permit applications, and write NEPA documents. The majority of your time will be spent in the field, with some office work as required.

Qualifications
• BS in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Engineering, Natural resources or related field;
• 3+ years' experience in wetland and stream related work, including leading delineations;
• Stream and wetland restoration planning, design principles, and success monitoring;
• 404/401 permitting experience;
• MBI/PRM development;
• Technical writing skills;
• Knowledge and experience with SQT.

Preferred Qualifications:
• TN QHP certificate;
• PWS Certificate;
• TN EPSC level 1 certification.
