Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including commercial spaces, hotels, and residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming for clients and guests.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and guest rooms.
ā¢ Sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for all occupants.
ā¢ Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
ā¢ Handle custodial tasks including waste disposal and replenishing supplies as needed.
ā¢ Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and courteously.
ā¢ Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition.
ā¢ Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
Skills
ā¢ Experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning preferred.
ā¢ Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and floor care methods.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
ā¢ Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests.
ā¢ Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
ā¢ Basic cooking skills may be beneficial in certain settings.
