Key Responsibilities:
Implement approved curricula and activities to promote child development and learning
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging environment
Guide children's acquisition of social skills and support their emotional and educational growth
Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, promoting parent involvement and support
Assist with daily health and environment checklists, and maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, and a National Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or Florida Child Care Professional Certificate (FCCPC)
Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff
