They are seeking a Graduate Development Program Analyst for their Corporate Risk and Broking division, which offers a two-year program designed to provide graduates with hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry. Responsibilities Designing structured and scalable operating processes across the insurance value chain Supporting the design, execution, launch, and expansion of Affinity programs Designing (not coding) embedded insurance software requirements and customer purchase flows, including workflow mapping and user experience considerations Supporting process automation initiatives, including sourcing, evaluating, and implementing AI-based tools to enhance quoting, underwriting intake, servicing, and reporting Delivering customer-facing service and communication via phone and email to assist with application navigation, coverage clarification, and general servicing needs Developing structured marketing and business development materials to clearly communicate complex insurance solutions Supporting account teams in acquiring new clients by identifying prospects and maintaining engagement throughout the sales cycle Collaborating across Affinity and WTW client delivery teams to build scalable servicing capabilities Developing and nurturing relationships with WTW Broking, Sales, and Operational leadership, as well as building an external industry network Staying informed on emerging market trends, AI developments, and industry innovations to enhance client solutions Passing required state insurance licensing exams Skills Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA Date of Graduation between May 2025 – May 2026 Strong automation and process design skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills Comfortable engaging with customers and clients over the phone and via email Ability to organize information and develop structured marketing materials Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills Effective time management and organizational skills Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture, managing a broad portfolio of prospect/client relationships Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Liberal Arts, Mathematics Benefits Health and Welfare Benefits: Medical (including prescription coverage), Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Commuter Account, Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Group Accident, Group Critical Illness, Life Insurance, AD&D, Group Legal, Identify Theft Protection, Wellbeing Program and Work/Life Resources (including Employee Assistance Program) Leave Benefits: Paid Holidays, Annual Paid Time Off (includes paid state/local paid leave where required), Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Other Leaves (e.g., Bereavement, FMLA, ADA, Jury Duty, Military Leave, and Parental and Adoption Leave), Paid Time Off (Remote only) Retirement Benefits: Contributory Pension Plan and Savings Plan (401k) Company Overview WTW is a global advisory and solutions company that helps clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth.
