E-learning Developer, CTO RLS

We are seeking a skilled e-learning developer to join the Robotics Lifecycle Support team in the CTO to design, develop and implement interactive courseware for online learning. This position will work alongside subject matter experts and collaborators to transform traditional course content into engaging, effective online learning experiences. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do in this Role:Design and create engaging e-learning course content using authoring tools such as RISE, Storyline, and other Articulate tools.Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers and other stakeholders to transform course content into learning experiences.Use multimedia technology and authoring tools to build innovative and engaging e-learning content. Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.Conduct instructional research and needs analysisApply tested instructional design theories, practice and methodsDesign and develop exercises and activities that improve the learning processDevelop supporting multimedia material (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)Maintain project documentation and course foldersConduct quality assurance reviews on courses and implement improvements as neededProven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology (minimum 3 years)Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models, including ADDIE.Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.Intermediate e learning programming knowledgeAbility to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scriptsAbility to storyboard and visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished productWhat We are Looking For:A minimum of 3 years of experience working in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related field.Experience working in a global environment dealing with multiple cultures is preferred.BS or MA degree in related field (instructional design, educational technology, education) or equivalent experience and education.Occasional travel may be necessary, but is not guaranteed.Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese is a plus, but not required.English proficiency required.Ability to participate in early morning and occasional evening meetings with global partners is required.#LI-DP1
