Human Resources Operations Support Specialist Primary Location : Spartanburg, South Carolina
OpenKyber is currently hiring a Human Resources Operations Support Specialist for our premier client in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Knowledge and Skills:
ā¢ Strong customer service skills and ability to manage conflict.
ā¢ Comfortable working in a customer support center environment and speaking on the phone regularly.
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
ā¢ Provide support in a service-oriented customer support center.
ā¢ Handle sensitive employee interactions with professionalism and empathy.
ā¢ Maintain a customer-focused approach and a willingness to help others.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience with SAP.
ā¢ Experience completing I-9/e-verifies.
ā¢ Experience working in a customer support center environment.
ā¢ Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Respond to HR-related inquiries via the HR Service Center via email, phone, internal app, and in person.
ā¢ Input and manage high volume of data in SAP and other HR systems.
ā¢ Responsible for handling/maintaining confidential information.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail.
ā¢ Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to technical tasks.
