E-Commerce Specialist

Remote Full-time
Responsibilities:
Help develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including but not limited to identifying target audiences, conducting market research, creating campaigns, and providing an excellent customer experience.
Monitor and analyze website performance and customer data using a variety of tools and help identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Write and edit product listings that will be published on our e-Commerce site ensuring accuracy and keyword optimization.
Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, supply chain, and maintenance.
Work closely with different teams and stakeholders (product management, marketing, sales, logistics, etc) to ensure smooth operations and optimization of our e-Commerce store.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends including changes in product sales and pricing.
Utilize customer service software and automation tools to provide best in class customer experiences.
Analyze customer feedback .
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites, marketplaces or similar.
Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders, especially Shopify, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and best practices.
Knowledge of various martech platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work cross functionally and with various stakeholders (internal and external).
Analytical and multitasking skills.
A strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Must have a keen interest in learning new skills and improving.
Dedication to customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience.
Must be willing to work night shifts.
