3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
Proficiency in managing marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart
Familiarity with web development platforms like WordPress and Shopify
Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS, and SEO
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Customer-facing experience
Microsoft Excel proficiency
