Freelance E-Commerce Product Photographer (Flexible / As-Needed)
We are looking for an experienced freelance e-commerce product photographer to support our beauty brands with ongoing product photography needs. This is a flexible, freelance, on-call, remote role based.
Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce/product photography
ā¢ Strong portfolio showcasing clean, elevated ecommerce imagery
ā¢ Must be located in or near Los Angeles for easy product drop-off and pick-up
ā¢ Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of execution
ā¢ Quick to adapt to creative direction changes while maintaining consistency and quality

About the Role:
As our freelance product photographer, you will focus primarily on e-commerce photography for beauty and lifestyle products across our brands.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Photograph products for ecommerce, retail, digital marketing, and social platforms
ā¢ Build sets, establish lighting setups, and compose imagery aligned with creative direction
ā¢ Capture high-quality imagery using strong lighting, styling, composition, and photographic techniques
ā¢ Retouch and deliver final imagery to the creative team
ā¢ Maintain color accuracy and lighting consistency across shoots
ā¢ Bring creative ideas and visual storytelling to each project
ā¢ Identify production issues proactively and implement solutions efficiently
ā¢ Maintain a professional, organized, and high-energy studio workflow
Ideal Candidate:
ā¢ Experienced in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or lifestyle photography
ā¢ Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of ecommerce standards
ā¢ Organized, reliable, and communicative
ā¢ Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while also working independently
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
