E-commerce Marketplace Expert – Amazon, Alibaba, Walmart.com
ProTakeOut is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Marketplace Expert to own and grow our presence on Amazon, Alibaba, and Walmart.com. You will be responsible for driving marketplace revenue, managing listings, and optimizing performance across these platforms for our food packaging and restaurant supply product lines.
Key responsibilities
• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Alibaba, and Walmart.com, including titles, images, bullet points, keywords, and content for conversion.
• Plan and execute marketplace growth strategies: pricing, promotions, cross-sells, and bundling to increase sales and repeat purchases.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising (Amazon PPC, Walmart Sponsored Products, in-platform promos) to achieve ROAS and TACOS targets.
• Monitor account health, fix listing errors and policy issues, and maintain compliance in food/packaging categories.
• Coordinate with operations on inventory planning and FBA/fulfillment to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Track and report key KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic, ad performance) and recommend data-driven actions.
Requirements
• 3+ years managing marketplace accounts, with proven results on at least two: Amazon, Alibaba, Walmart.com.
• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center; Alibaba or cross-border marketplace experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue and improving profitability through listing optimization, advertising, and pricing strategy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets for bulk uploads, catalog management, and performance analysis.
• Experience with CPG, food, restaurant supplies, or packaging is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
