The E-Commerce manager is responsible for overseeing the online sales strategy for SelfCare Central. This role manages our online presence, optimizes user experience, and drives growth across e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and project management with proven results of growth in sales.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Implement and maintain systems for online sales and improve conversion rates.
Analyzing customer behavior
Optimize and manage product listings, pricing and promotions across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce.
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Optimize website functionality and user experience, ensuring mobile-first design principles.
Execute SEO, PPC, email and social media campaigns
Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain team.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Handling order fulfillment and customer service inquiries online and by phone.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in google analytics, SEO, and digital advertising tools.
Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Magento)
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and digital advertising tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
Effective project management and communication abilities (responsive to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders)
Work Environment
Hybrid - Fulfillment responsibilities require boxing, onsite/warehouse presence
Remote - Online campaigns, project management update meetings, reporting, etc.
