About the position Responsible for assisting in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for the following modules: Sales & Marketing, Field Services, Customer Service. Responsible for understanding business requirements and design efficient solutions tailored to meet those needs. Responsibilities • Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 platform, including but not limited to CRM and Power Platform applications. • Customize and extend CRM Dynamics 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies. • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. • Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations. • Stay informed about updates and new features of Dynamics 365 to ensure best practices are followed. • Experience with back-end services including best practices for data management, caching, and optimization. • Familiarity with Azure services is highly desirable. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design. • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules Sales & Marketing/Field Services/Customer Service, including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities. • Proficiency in creating both canvas and model-driven apps. • Experience in automating workflows and integrating various services. • Strong skills in designing and managing data models, especially with Microsoft Dataverse. • Skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. • Understanding of relational databases and SQL. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
