Ticket Agent Duties – First Impressions Matter

Warm Welcome: Greet each passenger with a genuine smile, guiding them through ticketing, check‑in, and baggage drop‑off with patience and professionalism.
Ticket Management: Operate careerzynith’s reservation system to sell, print, reissue, and modify tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline policies.
Documentation Verification: Review travel documents, passports, and visas, confirming that every traveler meets the required entry and security standards.
Baggage Handling: Tag, weigh, and route luggage, safely transferring bags from scales to conveyor belts and assisting with manual lifts when necessary.
