Position: Sales Representative - Outbound Calls
Location: Fully remote

As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales growth, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with potential customers, identify their needs, and present our tailored financing solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and handling objections
Generating and qualifying leads through phone conversations, assessing their needs and interests
Presenting and demonstrating our products or services effectively, closing sales and meeting individual targets
Managing your sales pipeline, tracking customer interactions, and following up on leads regularly
Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve sales strategies

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven outbound sales experience (minimum 2 years preferred), preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with prospects
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Resilience, with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve goals

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems
Basic understanding of business financial statements
