Remote Full-time
About careerzynith
careerzynith is a leading technology partner for automotive and recreational‑vehicle dealerships, delivering innovative digital solutions that turn website traffic into measurable revenue. With a heritage of more than three decades in the automotive software space, careerzynith blends deep industry expertise with cutting‑edge communication tools to help dealers attract, engage, and convert customers online. Our mission is to empower dealerships to provide a seamless, personalized experience from the first click to the showroom floor. Based in College Station, TX, careerzynith offers a vibrant, collaborative workplace where technology, customer service, and a love for automobiles intersect.

Why This Role Matters
In today’s fast‑moving digital marketplace, the first interaction a potential buyer has with a dealership often occurs via an online chat window. As a Part‑Time Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you become the friendly voice (or text) that guides prospects through product information, service options, financing details, and appointment scheduling. Your ability to turn casual inquiries into qualified leads directly fuels the revenue engine of our dealer clients. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a technology‑rich environment, enjoy multitasking, and love the excitement of automotive sales without ever leaving a computer screen.

Key Responsibilities

Engage inbound chat visitors on dealer websites, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to questions about new and used vehicles, RVs, service appointments, financing options, and general dealership policies.
Identify the intent of each chat interaction, qualify leads, and capture essential contact information (name, phone, email) for follow‑up by the sales or service teams.
Schedule service or sales appointments directly within the dealer’s CRM system, ensuring all necessary details are recorded and confirmed.
Maintain a continuously updated knowledge base of product specifications, promotional offers, financing programs, and service packages to deliver up‑to‑date information.
Summarize each chat session in a concise, actionable format for dealer review, highlighting customer needs, pain points, and next‑step recommendations.
Collaborate with careerzynith’s support and training teams to share insights, suggest improvements to chat scripts, and help refine the overall customer journey.
Adhere to careerzynith’s quality standards, compliance guidelines, and data‑privacy policies while handling sensitive customer information.

Essential Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to type at least 35 words per minute; a speed of 40 WPM or higher is preferred.
Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and tone appropriate for a professional automotive environment.
Basic proficiency with internet browsers, Windows‑based applications, and CRM or dealership management software.
Positive, professional demeanor that reflects careerzynith’s brand values and the high standards of our dealer partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work setting, adapting quickly to new product releases, promotional campaigns, and evolving chat scripts.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for the on‑site training period and subsequent daily shifts.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Prior experience in retail customer service, automotive sales, or dealership support roles.
Familiarity with automotive terminology, vehicle specifications, and financing concepts.
Experience with multitasking tools such as ticketing systems, live‑chat platforms, or gaming chat interfaces.
Background in online gaming or esports, which often cultivates rapid typing, quick decision‑making, and strong situational awareness.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Comfort with using collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) and participating in virtual training sessions.

Work Schedule & Training Commitment
All new hires will complete a comprehensive four‑week training program held at our College Station office. Training runs Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm CST, and includes hands‑on practice with careerzynith’s chat platform, product deep‑dives, and role‑playing scenarios. After training, you will work in 5‑hour daily blocks, allowing flexibility to balance school, family, or other commitments while still delivering consistent coverage for dealer chat windows.
