What You'll Do
As a Driver Operations Associate focusing on our vehicle sticker program, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our driver network and promoting the Lalamove brand. Your responsibilities will include:
Driver Acquisition & Engagement:
- Find new drivers through both offline (e.g., truck stands) and online channels (e.g., social media) for adding them to sticker program
- Actively reach out to Driver Partners to pitch and share the benefits of Lalamove's mission to "Paint the road Orange" by applying stickers
- Address drivers' questions about our platform, services, and registration procedures, offering accurate and clear information to build trust and encourage participation
- Act as a connection between drivers and the company, promptly sharing relevant information or issues with the concerned department
Sticker Program Management:
- Manage the sticker inventory system and own the process of sticker installation on vehicles
- Ensure precision in recording driver and sticker data for registration and verification purposes
- After applying stickers, follow procedures for compliance with Notary/TÜVTÜRK (or equivalent local) regulations
Operational Excellence:
- Generate ideas and process optimizations to streamline daily operational duties and the sticker benefits program
- Utilize Excel / Spreadsheets and internal tools to ensure data and information are securely updated, shared, and kept
- Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs What We Seek
We are looking for a proactive and resilient individual who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of various vehicle models
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in operations department
- High responsiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
- Analytical and resilient with the ambition to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in general business software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and an aptitude to learn new applications quickly
- In charge of offline presence inventory management (stock availability, sticker procurement)
Big Plus
- Experience with offline presence initiatives (e.g., Stickers / Vehicle Wrapping)
- Experience in courier, transportation or warehousing companies Additional Information
