Driver - part-time schedules available 15-20 hours per week TWO MEN AND A TRUCK ® is hiring drivers (no CDL required). What We Offer Starting pay: $18-22 plus tips. Opportunities to earn additional pay through optional interstate moves. Pay raise within first year if performance metrics are met. Shift Information: Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday. All employees are trained on safe lifting and moving techniques. Opportunities for career growth and advancement. What You'll Do Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises. Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers' belongings. Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck. Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection. Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck. What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions. Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record. (NO tickets or Accidents in the Last 3 years.) Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc. Strong problem-solving ability. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful.
