Responsibilities:
Development Expertise:
Ā Possess 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer.
Ā Demonstrate proficiency in developing software solutions using technologies such as C#, .NET, REST API design and development, OOPs, and Angular/React.
Ā Essential 2+ years of hands-on experience with React, GraphQL, and containers.
Technical Leadership:
Ā Showcase 2+ years of experience in managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing a highly motivated technical workforce.
Ā Exhibit strong leadership qualities, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Automation and Testing:
Ā Have strong experience with Test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium.
Ā Possess a solid understanding of software testing methodologies.
Recruitment and Team Building:
Ā Demonstrate experience in interviewing, recruiting, hiring, assessing, and retaining technical personnel.
Ā Collaborate with architects and product owners to understand capacity and demands, optimizing skills within the teams.
Continuous Improvement:
Ā Foster an environment of learning and continuous improvement for both individual and team development.
Ā Participate in evaluating technologies, running effective technology proof of concepts, and coordinating technology vendor relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ā Work on cross-functional initiatives and products that cover several organizations, business units, or countries.
Ā Demonstrate experience in fast-paced Agile environments.
Agile Methodologies:
