Job Title:Virtual Customer Support Representative (Remote, Multiple Locations)
Job Summary:We are seeking dedicated and motivated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a seamless DoorDash experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within... the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
Experience in a remote working environment is a plus
Working Hours:
Full-time positions with flexible working hours
Availability to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using computers and software applications
