Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionThe Domestic Scheduling Coordinator schedules depositions and other legal proceedings taking place in the U.S. and remotely during U.S. business hours. This position requires impeccable customer service, poise, and professionalism at every stage of the scheduling process, from the initial request through to the job proceeding. Great attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and a positive, β€œcan-do” attitude are essential.DOMESTIC SCHEDULING COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Promptly responds to client questions and service requests via email and phone.Monitors Scheduling email folder throughout shift.Assists in the prompt resolution of same-day job issues.Reserves conference rooms and meeting locations for clients.Works with the Calendar department to assign and rearrange resources.Enters data into legal support software (Reporter Base) with high accuracy.Sends confirmations and job updates to clients and resources via email.Communicates clearly to ensure the correct services requested by clients are delivered.Pays close attention to job details and performs quality control checks on the work of team members. Communicates important job details to other departments, and within the Scheduling department, as needed.Facilitates electronic exhibit sharing for clients and resources on remote/virtual depositions.
