About the position

The position involves performing various activities related to the document imaging process for inbound mail, supporting up to 25 business units. The role requires executing duties related to the full life cycle of documents, including entry, evaluation, assignment, and exit procedures, while ensuring compliance with company production quality standards.

Responsibilities
Ā• Execute all relevant duties related to the full life cycle of a document.

Ā• Apply knowledge of corporate location codes, PO boxes, and business units for document distribution.
,
Ā• Sort and separate mail, preparing documents for scanning by removing fasteners.
,
Ā• Conduct proper stamping and placement of patch pages.
,
Ā• Operate a high-speed scanner and use imaging software for document digitization.
,
Ā• Perform basic indexing by identifying and keying index attributes.
,
Ā• Identify, sort, and purge confidential documents for shredding.
,
Ā• Achieve production standards set by the leadership team.
,
Ā• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Ā• Less than one year of related work experience preferred.
,
Ā• Strong keyboarding skills (at least 35 wpm) and 10-key skills.
,
Ā• High school diploma or equivalent required.
,
Ā• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
,
Ā• Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
,
Ā• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ā• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
