Position: Artifact Expert ā Word Specialist
Type:Contract
Compensation:$60ā$90/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Convert legacy documents into modern, polished Microsoft Word files.
ā¢ Faithfully reproduce complex layouts, tables, references, and inline objects.
ā¢ Apply consistent styles, templates, and section structures.
ā¢ Annotate and improve documents for clarity, structure, and professional polish.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while ensuring document fidelity.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, templates, sections, tables, references, track changes).
ā¢ Strong professional writing and document layout skills.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and written English.
ā¢ Self-directed and reliable on a flexible schedule.
