Job Description & Responsibilities
Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Limited is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented professional who is a quick learner, careful, and a natural problem solver. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment and demonstrate excellent coordination and written communication skills.
The New Accounts Documentation & KYC Specialist's key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Validate and screen documentation submitted by clients for account opening.
Follow up with clients regarding any outstanding or incomplete documents.
Provide support for registered mail delivery.
Assist with account opening procedures and processing.
Offer general administrative support to the New Accounts team.
Qualification & Skills
Ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently and effectively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.
Fluency in English is required; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
Detail-oriented, diligent, and solution-focused.
Proficient in basic PC applications.
Familiarity with Chinese pinyin is a plus.
