**Responsibilities**

As a Document Control/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of documents, files, and other materials
* Ensuring the efficient and effective processing of documents, including scanning, indexing, and filing
* Providing exceptional support to team members, including responding to queries and resolving issues
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless document control processes
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to careerzynith's data protection policies
* Performing other related duties as required

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in document control, data entry, or a related field
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Nice-to-haves**

* Experience with document management software, such as SharePoint or Documentum
* Familiarity with data entry software, such as Excel or Access
* Knowledge of document control procedures and protocols
* Experience working in a regulated industry, such as healthcare or finance
