Document Centre Specialist - Part time - 15 month FTC

We are looking for a Document Centre Specialist to join our Document Centre team. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to develop your professional experience. This role is available on a fixed-term basis for a duration of 15 months. About the role β€’ Responsible for accurate and timely document preparation according to established templates, brand guidelines and production best practices. β€’ To serve as a key client interface for CMS’s Document Centre services. β€’ Keen to be flexible and in possession of excellent MS Office skills. β€’ Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication and client service orientation. β€’ At least 3 years' experience working within the document production field. β€’ Excellent communicator and be able to build effective client relationships based on trust, flexibility and a professional approach and be able to deal confidently with clients. β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with team and key stakeholders. β€’ Ongoing personal development both soft and hard skill, plan for development where needed. β€’ Cover for workflow. Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication and client service orientation. β€’ Liaise effectively with Document Centre Managers as required. β€’ Reports to: Shift Team Lead β€’ Hours of work: 09:00 – 17:00 β€’ Location: Homeworker About you We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one. The ability to work closely with clients of all levels, accept criticism, still smile and have a matter-of-fact approach. β€’ Flexible and adaptable - happy to change shifts/work overtime as required and willing to take on new challenges as they arise. β€’ Positive with a can do attitude, willing to problems solve where needed. β€’ Dependable and willing to go the extra mile where needed. β€’ Self-motivated to ensure skills and technology familiarity and kept up to date. β€’ At least 3 years' previous document production experience in a professional service environment. β€’ Prior experience in a legal production environment with workflow management is an advantage. β€’ Excellent working knowledge of document production practices and technologies. β€’ Advanced technical knowledge.
