Divisional Vice President- East Coast

Foresight is seeking a Divisional Vice President to own and drive sales performance across the East Coast territory. This role is all about building strong broker relationships, expanding a high-performing network, and generating multi-million-dollar program submissions over time.

You’ll operate with full accountability for your region, setting strategy, driving execution, and delivering profitable growth. This is a high-impact, field-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, with regular travel across the Eastern Seaboard to build presence and win business.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial insurance program marketing, along with an established network of East Coast brokers and agents.

We’re looking for a competitive, results-driven professional who takes true ownership of their territory, someone who can open doors, close deals, and consistently exceed targets.

Workers’ Compensation experience is required. This role is built for someone motivated by performance-based earnings, with clear upside tied directly to results and a strong path for career growth.

Responsibilities
• Own sales performance across the East Coast, driving premium growth, submissions, and broker engagement
• Develop and execute regional growth strategy across key markets
• Build and expand a network of commercial middle-market brokers and agency partners
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, marketing, and relationship development
• Partner with underwriting to position and close high-value opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with key producers through regular in-person engagement, with travel expected approximately every other week (or more) to support broker development and territory growth
• Monitor performance metrics and market trends to inform strategy and optimize results, including submissions, retention, rate adequacy, and commission performance
• Represent Foresight at industry events and collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance product positioning and market execution
• Maintain strong organizational discipline, ensuring timely follow-up, reporting, and pipeline management

Requirements
• Must be based on the East Coast (Eastern Seaboard) with the ability to travel extensively throughout the region
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 40–60%, including multi-day trips every other week)
• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, with a focus on workers’ compensation
• Proven track record in sales, broker management, or program marketing, consistently exceeding production goals
• Established network of commercial insurance brokers and agents across East Coast markets
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with ability to close business across multiple stakeholders
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and performance
• Highly organized, self-directed, and driven by results in a performance-based environment

As a fully remote company, the compensation range provided is based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, and other business and organizational needs and is based on national averages*.

At Foresight, and its subsidiaries, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $160,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity.
