District Manager

Are you a strong leader with a talent for coaching and inspiring a team to achieve success? We are looking for an exceptional District Manager to lead our Austrian territory in Ecolab’s Food & Beverage division. Your future responsibilities: Responsibility for the profit and loss statement (P&L) in the Austrian market Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of specialists Conducting business meetings with clients, including price and contract negotiations Promoting business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and acquiring new clients Supporting sales initiatives through effective operational planning and personnel management Collaborating with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities Complying with occupational health and safety guidelines and ensuring a safe working environment for the team Who we are looking for: At least 5-10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in team leadership Vocational training, university degree or similar training in food technology or a related field An inspiring leader with a passion for developing their team members. Customer-focused and experienced in delivering tailored, high-quality service solutions. Experienced in financial management, including knowledge of profit and loss statements. A champion of safety and committed to a safe working environment.
