Distribution Analyst

Ready for a career glow up? As Distribution Analyst, you'll be responsible for allocation of new, animated items and replenishment of core inventory from distribution center to stores. The work you do will impact beauty, as you ensure the right products reach our clients at the right time. Responsibilities
• Determine ideal store level quantities for new launches and animated items to meet in-store launch dates
• Propose and align on allocation strategies for constrained inventory to maximize inventory efficiency
• Partner with Merchandise Planning/Demand Planning/Merchandising team to proactively identify potential upstream gaps to prevent downstream inventory issues
• Analyze brand in-stocks and partner with cross functional teams to improve and maintain target in-stock levels for all brands managed
• Hindsight store events impacts to baseline sales to plan lifts for future events
• Monitor store sales and partner with Demand Planning to identify item/store trends that would require forecast adjustments
Requirements
• 1-2 years of inventory retail or allocation experience required
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to compile statistical reports and analyze data
• Problem solving and analytical skills with a strong numbers aptitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Flexible team player who demonstrates passion for client service, innovation, and collaboration
