Distributed API Developer – Half Stack/Full Stack Dev 100% Remote – United States Sr. Level Job Description Expected Skillset needed to support Distributed based Product and API development, production support (t3 support), config. Mgmt., testing practices (unit, integration, regression, etc.) to support the migration to FIS Payments One from our existing Connex platform (on prem) and any ancillary sub-services needed for integration services. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field preferred or comparable on the job experience • Six (6+) years of product or application development experience Skills and Competencies • Ability to collaborate with programmers, developers, and other technology professionals to achieve a common objective • Ability to conduct system analysis to detect issues with performance • Ability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization and software debugging • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills • Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware, computing systems and how to integrate them Must Have (Requirements) • 6+ years experience using C#, JavaScript, .NET Framework, .NET Core 6+ with primary focus being API development, enhancement, and integrations • 6+ years experience with Databases: MS-SQL, and TSQL targeting • Experience with Designing and Developing Web Service Interfaces/API's, REST-based API experience primarily • Secure coding best practices (encryption, obfuscation, authentication/authorization) and focus on application security and vulnerability mgmt. • Experience with Fintech/EFT/Core Banking Fundamentals • Knowledge of Bank Deposit solutions, Card Controls, Notification/Eventing (Service Bus-type) Systems (Kafka) and CIF solutions preferred Additional skills needed: • Full-Stack/Kafka • MuleSoft, OpenShift preferred, and/or other containerization experience (Dockers, Cloud-based, etc.) • Unit Testing using NUnit, Moq • CI/CD experience with GitHub, Harness, Artifactory, • Linux Experience • SAFe Agile practice experience, Microsoft Dev Ops, Jira, Boards and Backlog Mgmt. • Knowledge of Utilize MTLS; utilization storage safes for system information • Programmatic implementation of OTP (One Time Passcodes, Tokenization) and MFA (2FA) services Good to have: • Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive • Data Lake (ETL and Data Streaming, ODBC connectivity) • Monitoring tools such as Orion and Splunk • RPA (UI Path) Experience • Experience with Visa Token Services Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
