Distressed Property Acquisition Analyst (Research + Owner Calls)

Job Overview We acquire distressed properties, including tax-delinquent, foreclosure, probate, and inherited properties. This role owns deals end-to-end — researching the property, understanding the situation, speaking directly with owners or heirs, evaluating options, negotiating terms, and getting contracts signed. This is not a cold-calling role, not a title research role, and not a legal assistant or paralegal position. You must be comfortable speaking with distressed owners, thinking independently, and handling real conversations without scripts. You will research first, then make informed calls. This is a senior, judgment-based role, not an entry-level position.
