Responsibilities
Ā Provide technical leadership to the MarTech and Adsanization areas.

Ā Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems.

Ā Develop and execute technical software development strategies across various domains.
,
Ā Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of solutions.
,
Ā Utilize programming languages such as Java, React, GraphQL, Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases, along with container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes.

Ā Mentor and coach engineering and product community members to strengthen technical expertise.
,
Ā Influence and educate leadership at all levels regarding technical strategies.
,
Ā Implement best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
,
Ā Analyze costs and forecasts, incorporating them into business plans.
,
Ā Support resource requirements and evaluate operational processes to ensure desired outcomes.
Requirements
Ā Fluency and specialization with Java, React, and GraphQL.

Ā Experience building products with micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs.
,
Ā Experience with AI and ML technologies including MLflow, PyTorch, and VectorDBs.
,
Ā Experience in architecture and design of new and existing systems, including design patterns and reliability.
,
Ā Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
,
Ā Fluency in DevOps concepts, cloud architecture, and Azure DevOps operational framework.

Ā Experience with Azure Portal and application monitoring tools.
,
Ā In-depth knowledge of data structures and algorithms in computer science.

Ā Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Ā Track record of publications in credible conferences and journals.
