Dispatcher – Trucking / Logistics [CALL THE NUMBER IN THE DESCRIPTION]

Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, mandatory weekends if requested. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and organized Dispatcher to coordinate freight movements, communicate with drivers, and ensure on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in trucking/logistics operations, experienced working in packet and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Dispatch and coordinate drivers for pickups and deliveries • Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates • Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers • Track routes, delays, detention, and delivery schedules • Maintain accurate records in dispatch/logistics software • Resolve transportation and scheduling issues quickly • Ensure compliance with DOT and company policies • Assist with load planning and route optimization Requirements • Previous experience in trucking/logistics dispatching preferred • Knowledge of load boards and TMS systems • Strong phone, communication, and multitasking skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Basic computer and data-entry skills • English required Preferred Qualifications • Experience with hotshot operations • Familiarity with ELD/GPS tracking systems • Customer service experience Compensation & Benefits • Salary will be percentage of the load booked. • Growth opportunities within the company How to Apply: Apply directly through Indeed or reach out by phone: 832-963-3893 Pay: $5.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply To this Job
